what I'm eating

 breakfast of eggs baked with cheese and ham in a cazuela
 I made this:  a tostada on a cactus based "chip" with black beans, avocado, roast pork and chipotle sauce
 a huarache (masa in the shape of the sole of a huarache) with soy chorizo and spinach at the organic farmer's market
pozole: hominy and chicken in a tomato chili broth with chopped onion, radish, oregano, lettuce and lime garnish
margaritas on my terrace with yam chips, corn chips, nuts and guacamole
